There is nothing more powerful than a group of smart, ambitious women coming together to strategize, problem-solve and support their peers’ success.

The Passport Collective is thrilled to announce the launch of The Valencia Circle, an exclusive, invitation-only peer advising group comprised of strategic, smart and successful female executives and business owners.

During our October kickoff retreat and monthly meetings, you’ll bring the big questions and challenges you’re facing, the decisions you need to make, and the ideas you want to brainstorm - and your peers will leverage their collective expertise to help each member define and achieve their goals.

When you join The Valencia Circle, you will:

  • Define your vision for individual and collective success.
  • Discover your own individual brand of effective leadership.
  • Leverage the experience and expertise of other members, and your facilitator Margot Hoerrner.
  • Establish clear goals and create solid action plans.
  • Make strategic decisions and increase accountability.
  • Generate eye-opening insights into yourself and your business.
  • Receive honest, strategic feedback on your ideas and plans.
  • Become a member of an invaluable community of smart, strategic and successful women who serve as each other’s personal board of advisors – committed to helping each member achieve their goals.

In addition, Valencia Circle members will:

  • Discover their leadership strengths by completing the Leadership Circle Profile assessment, followed by a private session to review results, set goals and make a plan.
  • Be assigned a partner to provide counsel between meetings, as needed.
  • Receive two hours of private strategic advising with Margot Hoerrner, founder of The Passport Collective.

Retreat and Monthly Sessions

SCHEDULE
‍The Passport Collective’s Valencia Circle will kick off with a three-day, in-person retreat from October 25 - 27 at Bay Cliff, a 20-acre, waterfront estate in Betterton, Maryland on the Chesapeake Bay.

The Valencia Circle will then meet once a month, for six months, in a virtual format, on the second Thursday of each month, from November 14 to April 10.

Monthly sessions are 3.5 hours long, and run from 1:00 - 4:30pm ET.

‍FEES
‍Fees for the three-day retreat and six-month membership program are $2,500/month for six months or a one-time, up-front discounted fee of $11,999.

Membership can be renewed every six months.
