Leveraging best practices and deep expertise from members across the private, public and nonprofit sectors, your peer advising circle will serve as your individual Board of Strategic Advisors, providing feedback and solutions to address the complex issues and challenges you're facing in your professional life, and help you define and achieve your goals moving forward.

The Passport Collective serves high-achieving women who are seeking deep, strategic guidance in their leadership journey - and are curious to explore the following questions:

The Passport Collective

How does The Passport Collective work?

We are leaders committed to lifelong learning.

Each Passport Collective Peer Advising Circle is comprised of 8-10 peers, screened and selected for the following:

Stage in their leadership lifecycle
Skills and expertise to be offered
Goals and challenges to be addressed
Cultural fit to ensure trust, courage, humor, warmth and honesty

Your Passport Collective Peer Advising Circle will commit to each other for a six-month program. All members will have the opportunity to renew.

Each Peer Advising Circle meets monthly for 3.5 hours, to advise members on their biggest challenges and issues, set goals and maintain accountability, leverage connections and provide support to ensure that each member achieves their goals. In between meetings, there are opportunities to connect and strategize, to help maintain focus and momentum.

Each Peer Advising Circle is different.
Some are virtual, others are in-person.
Some have monthly coffees outside of the meeting.
Others convene for multi-day retreat during their program.

Yet all Peer Advising Circles are the same.
Because there is nothing more powerful than women gathering in community to solve problems and support each other.
