Each facilitation engagement starts with a launch conversation with the client to refine and confirm a concise set of goals, objectives and outcomes, and to build agreement around, and input throughout, the meeting design process.
Next, we’ll gather background information on the issue and organization, seek feedback from retreat participants and, if needed, external stakeholders, all to further refine objectives and inform the design and delivery of the meeting.
From there, we’ll iterate an internal “script,” building out the meeting agenda in detail, mapping out activities to maximize participant engagement and build consensus, for client review and approval. Once approved, we provide an external agenda for distribution to meeting participants.
This is where the magic happens. Rosedale Green provides expert facilitation, to set a positive, energizing tone, strengthen relationships among participants, encourage out-of-the-box thinking, and build agreement to deliver on the meeting’s goals and objectives.
